Process modeling of straight grate furnaces

This is a continuing development assignment on how straight grate furnaces can be modeled. We build models that reproduce temperature, mass flows, heat exchange and oxidation levels through the machine, so that process changes can be assessed before they are made.

Recent work includes automated simulation of particle beds, so that a case can be set up and run for varying process and operating data.
