Dust capture at a screen undersize chute

Fines from primary crushed ore were blinding the pores in a heap leach and reducing metal recovery. The aim is to capture the fines pneumatically where they are generated, below the screen undersize chute.

We are simulating both the coarse particle flow and the air flow it induces. This is used to evaluate where the extraction should sit, how much flow it needs, and whether flow blockers generate enough turbulence to catch the dust.
